Lucky Charms Cocktail
I think Lucky Charms just might be my favorite "kid's" cereal. Crunchy, sugary deliciousness with colorful marshmallows - how can you not love it? I'm pretty happy we have a big box of them leftover from creating this recipe. I'm eating a nice bowl of them now with my apple pie smoothie as I type this!
I planned on sharing this recipe later this week, but then I realized this is totally a St. Patrick's Day recipe! You can add some green food dye if you would like it to be particularly festive and perhaps only include the green marshmallows. I'm SURE you could think of something to do with the extra non-green marshmallows...wink wink.
This drink is sweet, creamy and delicious. Does it taste exactly like Lucky Charms? Not exactly, but it tastes pretty close! I recommend serving this drink with brunch. Your guests will certainly be impressed!
